Les cadres font partie des salari\u00e9s les plus touch\u00e9s avec 19% des cadres et de l\u2019encadrement qui cumulent une forte charge de travail avec un travail compulsif, selon notre derni\u00e8re \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec le cabinet Technologia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce guide pratico-pratique, la conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration met \u00e0 disposition des salari\u00e9s un outil permettant de d\u00e9celer les sympt\u00f4mes annonciateurs du burn-out, de le pr\u00e9venir ou encore de le r\u00e9parer. De plus, la CFE-CGC a cr\u00e9\u00e9 des formations sp\u00e9cifiques d\u00e9di\u00e9es, \u00e0 destination de ses adh\u00e9rents. En tant que premi\u00e8re organisation syndicale \u00e0 avoir point\u00e9 du doigt les ravages de ces pathologies li\u00e9es au travail, la CFE-CGC met en avant le r\u00f4le des Instances repr\u00e9sentatives du personnel et de la m\u00e9decine du travail pour ne plus subir le travail.
